No knowhow? No problem. You want a forum? You might want to take popular forum scripts for a spin first. Create an account at forumer.com. You can get familiar there with the back-ends of IPB and phpBB. If you want to jump right in then get a domain, register for a free web host (ByetHost.com is good), and install phpBB or SMF from the automatic script installer.
